If you put a gun to my head and made me rank Pearl Jam's albums, it would go a little something like this:

1. Vitalogy
2. Ten
3. Riot Act
4. Yield
5. Vs.
6. Lightning Bolt (could be this high because of newness; give it time)
7. No Code
8. S/T
9. Binaural
10. Backspacer

As much as I liked that one, I'd still say Yield is the best "post-Vitalogy" album.

I like most of Backspacer, but Amongst the Waves made me sick. I hate that song for some reason and it got a ton of radio play.
Inside job is one of my favorites of all time.

I gave the new album a half-hearted listen. I'll dig in a little deeper on my next long drive. Arcade Fire's new album will probably keep me occupied for a little while before I really given this PJ album the listen throughs it deserves.

I'm with you all on Yield.

In bAltimore last night some dude was rocking hard in the very last row and Ed noticed him early in the show. Brought him up on stage for Rockin' in the Free World closer...danced and drank wine with the man. Dream night for that guy in the yellow tee...
