Soooooo... Dorsey is a butt****ing moron, right?

All these CBs available at the top of the 2nd round.

The 33rd and 35th overall picks.

He takes Denzel Ward at #4 overall.

Nice ****ing job, you prick. Oh, and by the way, YOU DRAFTED BAKER MAYFIELD #1 OVERALL YOU CHOAD.

I'm beginning to think Eric Fisher wasn't just "There wasn't anybody good!" It was just Dorsey trying to be smarter than everybody else.

Haven't seen Veach make any draft picks yet, but knocking on wood, he's gotta be better than Dorsey, right?

I read an interesting take on this earlier, it basically said that Cleveland in no way could take Chubb.

The rationale was if all the guys pan out and by the time Cleveland is ready to contend Mayfield Garrett and Chubb would all want 100 million dollar deals and that isn't possible while Ward even if he does pan out won't get that.

**** that. You have two edge rushers on rookie contracts to go along with a QB on a rookie contract.

That’s how you get things turned around quickly.

If they didn't have garrett then chubb would make more sense. Would be great to have 2 top pass rushers but I would rather have 1 and a shut down corner than 2.

Loopy motion? He's got a motion very similar to Brady. It's very quick, the ball comes out with good trajectory. He needs to tighten it up a little bit by keeping his elbow and ball a bit closer to his body, but that's about it. What the **** is this guy smoking?

Bad Face? Like, what is that? I don't even know what that means. Is he ugly? Sure he's ugly. Don't care. Does he show emotion when the chips are down? No? Well that's probably a good thing. Being cool under pressure is what the best are. Why would I want my QB to get all geeked up during the most important moment of the game? Did you see Montana getting all amped up when he needed to lead a game-winning drive? The **** is this...

Overrated? I don't know if anyone overrates him. He's got to protect the ball better on the move because he fumbles too much. Not a single scout I've read thinks otherwise. He's got to get better at recognizing coverages, like all rookies. He's younger than the average QB coming out. I don't think he was overrated a bit. Nothing really jumps out and screams at you that he shouldn't have been the top QB drafted because he didn't really have much in the way of fundamental flaws, like accuracy issues, leadership issues, etc. I have no idea where this scout is coming from.
Well, they're the scout's comments, not mine. We'll see on the arm motion. It's fixable.

The "bad face" comment... I don't know if it's that he looks like Mr. Incredible got hit with a shovel. Could care less if he's ugly. I'm commenting on what I saw in the bowl game. Check out the game log and look at the time per play in the 4th quarter. They were down a few scores with a chance to come back and he was burning 35-45 seconds every play. It's only one game, but it couldn't have helped his stock. The mistakes are one thing, the complete lack of urgency in the 4th quarter was bizarre to watch. It was a meltdown.

Andy admitted in his presser in the Breeland Speaks thread that Veach was the guy who was responsible for both Chris Jones and Patrick Mahomes.

He brought the tape to Andy and wore him out on those guys.

It's early but Dorsey's first round picks aren't looking too bad 3 weeks into the season.

Find it awfully hard to believe that a bunch of dudes who argue all day on a message board were wrong about guys that an actual NFL GM drafted.

To be fair there are plenty of NFL GM's that are total buffoons, Plenty of people on this forum could have outperformed Scott Pioli or Carl Peterson for most of his drafts.
