What happened to Bucks BBQ in Wichita? It used to be pretty good, that was many years ago but its gone now. When I lived there it was always packed. It may have went downhill or the economy in Wichita might have severely hurt business.

Carolina sauce is usually more vinegar based. And its very good on a pulled pork sammich. But its apples and oranges comparing it to a traditional KC sauce.

I like just about any kind of BBQ, and I think most sauces are at least interesting and edible. I'm not huge on super sweet molasses sauces, and I actually prefer the yellow/vinegar style to them.

I like places that have multiple sauces to get different flavors to dip fries or bread in. My favorite sauces tend to have some spice to them, though.
