Wrong.

The talent is abysmal.

High picks like Dex, Arenas, Jackson, Bailey, Moeaki, Baldwin, Allen, Cassel and supposedly talented free agents like Routt and Hillis...

ARE ALL ****ING GARBAGE.

The team has three problems:

1. NO quarterback.

2. NO head coach.

3. A complete lack of playmakers beyond Herm's crop.

I actually believe this, and I think a majority of the fans know this too. Just look at the Polls (who is to blame etc....) Most everyone points the finger at the GM and Coaches.

I honestly thought we had the TALENT to at least compete for the division this year, on all sides of the ball.

The fact that it was THIS bad has to point to coaching / management, because I do think we have enough talent on the team to be WAY ****ing better than where we are.

Seriously though, I never understand why people get worked up in a frothy rage about these interviews. But we've been doing this dance all the way back since people were outraged that DV said Larry Johnson needed to take his diapers off. Chiefs fans get so worked up about press conferences and interviews. Pioli's not quitting and giving up all that money. He's not firing Crennel, and if he is he won't say it in an interview, so I don't know what people expect out of this. Pioli knows he's in deep.

It's all up to Clark, and it's as simple as that. He'll either save the day, or he won't, and people will have to deal with it.

Everyone thought there was talent on the Defense side of the ball headed into preseason and the 1st couple of games (of preseason), until it because obvious the 3-4 zero pressure defense they had schemed up in the offseason was garbage.

We also all thought the O-line and RB corps and receivers were decent, and who knows with zero QB play this season its hard to tell.

Aside from QB I really didn't hear anyone saying there was no talent on this team coming into the season... (Yes I know we can single out some bad picks etc..) but the core team should be better.

If you had to choose the PRIMARY fault, I would think you have to place the blame on coaching and management...The talent honestly seemed better than what the results are.

The fact that the "hard work" isn't translating to the field says all you need to know. What a ****tard.

"Expectations were too high"

**** this clown that was the one that came in shitting on the existing roster and claiming he was gonna

And I quote

"build a team that can compete for championships"

More like

"I came here to build a team that will consistently compete for the top pick in the draft"

**** this bitch...I hope Clark has the stones to fire him because of all the disagreements they have had....by Piolis own admission.

FIRE THIS BITCH, CLARK.

WIPE YOUR ASS WITH THE SUNK COST AND LEARN FROM THE MISTAKE.

THATS A HELL OF A LOT BETTER THAN CHASING BAD CHOICES WITH EVEN WORSE ONES.

I would be ****ing SHOCKED.

I mean there are probably a lot of you who know football and have been around longer on the NFL scene.....(been a fan since the mid/late 80's)

But I seriously cant think of a 4th year Crew who had reasonably high expectations (not winning the division, since the DOnks had been favorites but competing for a WC spot or being there if the Donks stumble)...

Like 8-10 games shouldve been well within reach....

And fall THIS hard where the defensive scheme has sucked (decent against the run is about the only bright side?), play calling is shit, the QB situation is utterly ridiculous...to Have the 3rd string QB not even suited up and ready..I mean they dont even trust the hippie with the god damn ball...THATS how bad this shit is.

****ING RAGE

My point is, I have never ever seen this team worse...2008 or 2009 was Horribad (the season that we got rid of like 35 out of 53 players after it), and if this team keeps it up it will exceed that because it SHOULD HAVE BEEN quite a bit better..

Oh my point was that if we dont fire every person connected to this shitty disaster, I will destroy 3 more keyboards at least next season.

Every got damn team works hard Pioli. **** you **** you. Every team in the NFL works hard to win they all do. Some just figure out what it takes better than others too win. You ****ing suck at figuring that part out that is why YOU suck Scott Pioli. Teams have strategies and adjust game planning they all work on those things but they find ways to win. All you have done is find ways to lose by having a shitty QB and a dumb ass coach you say you trust. Quit insulting us fans by saying you work hard and the team and coaches are working hard. YOU ****ING SUCK YOU POS LOSER.

He doesn't give two shits about the players on this team. That statement proves it.

4 years into "building a team that can consistently compete for championships" and the problem is the "fans expectations" and basically saying "these players aren't any good...it's not the coaches fault and it's not Cassels fault...it's everyone elses fault"

**** this beeeeyach.

Send his ass packing Clark.

"We're all pretty much in the middle and you have good days and you have bad days."

That perfectly describes this dumbshit's philosophy towards talent acquisition.

You don't need the most talented players, just the ones that work the hardest! The Right 53!!!!

And that's how you end up with a guy like Matt Cassel.

There is NO QUESTION that HERM EDWARDS would have had this team in a much better spot if he was kept on for the last 4 years with Kuharich as the GM.

NO QUESTION.

That's sad.
