Calling all BBQ chefs! What do I change or add to make this recipe taste spicy?

Got the briskets in the smoker........

Just made this sauce using this recipe for Gates original BBQ:

http://www.food.com/recipe/gates-son...bq-sauce-16745

Actually, pretty good stuff.

BUT I love Gates SPICY BBQ sauce.

What do I change or add to make this recipe taste spicy?

OR does anyone have the secret recipe to Gates SPICY sauce?

Thanks!

Wow, cool. I'll check this out. I like a little heat on my food, but cayenne and red hot often add flavor I just don't want. Can't wait to try it.

Actually, I'd start with about 50. It's easier to add more to taste than take some out.
