Predictably several interesting arrests after the Steelers-Bengals game.

Urinating in the stands on other fans, punching women… it would make Raiders fans proud.

I am actually surprised there weren't more arrests.

The Steelers-Bengals wild-card game was marred by questionable hits and personal-foul penalties, but the rule-breaking wasn't confined to the field. Fans threw bottles at Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger as he headed to the locker room on a cart late in the third quarter...

... And one fan wearing a Bengals hoodie was arrested for, well, using the guy in front of him as his own private toilet. Via Cincinnati.com:

Martin Cooke, 33, of Germantown, Kentucky, was arrested after police said he urinated on the person in front of him in Paul Brown Stadium. Cooke, who wore a Bengals hoodie, is accused of fighting with the man and punching him in the face, court documents state. He is facing disorderly conduct and assault charges. Cooke is scheduled to appear in court Monday.
The official term for peeing on someone you also happened to punch in the face? Urination altercation, according to police records.

But there's more.

According to WCPO, in addition to the aforementioned peeing bandit, five other men were arrested following the game -- two Bengals fans and three Steelers fans -- on charges that ranged from carrying a fake ID, underage consumption of alcohol and theft; throwing a beer can at a Bengals fan and head-butting a man in the face. Two of the men were charged with striking a woman in the face, and another allegedly struck a woman in the head as he was being escorted out of the stadium by authorities.

I would have guessed there were 5 or more people getting arrested at most NFL games. Seems like a low total for that one

Letting fans get drunk all day on a Saturday for an AFC North divisional rivalry playoff game is just stupid. Make it the early game on Sunday when they're all still hungover and placid.

Bengals - Ravens - Steelers are the most bitter vitriolic rivalries going right now. They're like Raiders - Chiefs from the 70s to the 90s. Just plain nasty, pure hatred. Having that be a late Sat. night game seems like not the best idea.

I was there a couple years ago. Went down for Chiefs/Indy and then drove to Cincy the next day along with my broken heart. My brother is a Charger fan so I backed him up and wore a Chargers jersey for the game and never had an incident.

That being said, it was a rough crowd. I remember my wife remarking "I have never seen so much Carharrt and Camo in one place".

After that loss last night though, you knew **** was gonna go down.

It's just a game and in the big scheme of fans lives it's nothing. People over react big time when they lose.

Really sad to resort to physical bullshit over a game. You would think the players would be throwing fists but oh no. It's the drunk fans that didn't even play that are sooooo mad they can't control themselves.
