Weird? Not at all....it's what we've come to expect the the Keystone Cop GOP House members attempting to gum-up and stonewall the investigation. Distract, distort, deflect....it's been their gameplann since day one.

That's not weird at all. Lisa Page hasn't testified. The Democrats are trying to give her cover so that when she does testify, she doesn't contradict Strzok.

This is an open investigation. Releasing the transcripts now only serves the purpose of obstruction of justice.

Generally it’s not a great idea to reveal the details of a major ongoing investigation.

This thing is a joke. The end result will be a lot of people won't base their opinion on facts but rather on what they want to hear.

FYP

That SAME standard should apply to all of the House Judiciary Committee hearings and interviews as well....given the incompetency of Nunes, and the blatant partisanship there as opposed to what's going on in the Senate.

Please explain to me how answering the question about how many people he had personally interviewed before the investigation that led him to have such a bias opinion could ever have an effect on the investigation. They didn't ask for names or anything. They were doing nothing but establishing what everyone with an IQ over 10 already knows, he was extremely bias. The ongoing investigation BS is just that.

I think, one reason, because it opens the door to having to answer other things that shouldn't be discussed while an investigation in going on.

I can see where any one of the house reps would say 'You answered that now answer this'

So the Mueller investigation is nothing more than the FBI and DOJ cover up for their own corruption? Playing devils advocate here I think you can see why people are starting to draw that conclusion at this point.

No, I don't see that at all. I see people drawing the conclusions they want to hear.
This entire thing was investigated by the IG and we all know it said there was nothing found to indicate what every Trump backer wants to hear.
I see what the real witch hunt is. Trying to derail an investigation into Russian interference in our election due to a couple texts by this guy.
What happens when they get get the result they want in this hearing? Another investigation into this one?

This hearing is nothing more than the repubs trying to muddy the waters.
