****2012-2013 Fantasy Football Repository Thread****

I did my first year of fantasy baseball -- I cannot tell you how much I'm ready for FF after that cluster****.

I figured this would be a good thread prior to most team's drafts.

When the time comes we can start a "rate my team" thread, and also a "sit/start thread."

So, how many leagues are you joining?

What intrigues you the most?

What player/s flying under the radar do you think will impact the FF world the most?

Also, cheap plug --- Mr. Plow's league needs one more player. It's a fun IDP league. I'm sure he'll be along to promote it -- we only want handsome, well hung gentlemen like ourselves. It'd be fun to get a CPer into that last spot.

22 picks?

I'm no expert though, just my 2 cents. I'll post mine so you can blast me back. Only fair....

Yeah, like CC I don't understand the 3 QBs and 2 kickers unless it is a mandatory roster requirement. I like your WRs a lot. A lot of potential with your RBs too. Rivers scares me. Mainly because he's a headcase.

I'm high on Brandon Marshall and Amendola this year. I like your WRs. Murray should be solid if he stays healthy. Doug Martin could be good, and you have Blount too, just hope they don't share too many carries. I think Helu loses out a lot of touches to Royster. Rivers had a solid 2nd half of the season last year.

I dislike your top 3 wrs a lot this year. I think Welker has a slide, Cruz may do well, but I have my doubts, and Mike Wallace is going to be a wildcard.

No PPR will help Wallace, but I dislike Welker even more in a non-PPR.
I love my WRs. Welker continues to be solid and consistent. I decided i like Wallace a bit more than Brown because it's a contract year. I also really, really like my WR depth. Garcon and DHB are arguably #1/#2 guys on their teams. I also like Cribbs in the 17th with Weeden QBing and return yardage.

Yep. They are mandatory that we carry 3 QBs and 2 TEs.

I just let Rivers fall to me in the 7th. Peyton Manning went in the 2nd round in this draft, which was absurd to me. Because it's so QB heavy, I took Luck way early because he would be a potential keeper next year and for years to come.

Love my WRs. Never thought Fitz would get to me at 12. Thought Marshall would be gone too. But when idiots take Greg Jennings over Fitz, I'm just letting the shit slide to me.

I guess I'm the wrong person to ask about Welker because 2 years ago, he ****ed me good.

I love Garcon this year. DHB I'll never be sold on, but the upside is clearly there. I just think Brown knows the Haley offense now, and his connection with Ben has been tremendous this preseason.

Getting McCoy at 8 is highway robbery.

Like the squad. Gotta get a new kicker though. Cundiff was cut.

In all three of my leagues QBs have fallen so awkwardly.

I thought Romo in the 6th in my draft last year was a steal. I was eyeing Schaub towards the later rounds -- but I convinced myself I like Romo (even though he can be a knucklehead) and his upside a lot more.

And that sounds like a peculiar roster -- makes sense why you drafted more back up QBs and TEs.

I agree. Wallace was a bit of a gamble. But, really.. Ben throws it to Wallace and Brown. I like Brown a lot too. But, considering MW is in a contract year and is one of the fastest WRs in the league I had to take him.

Welker is a bit of a gamble. But, dude is going to get crazy targets. Every other year in this league (since we start 3 W/T's) WRs or lack thereof killed me. I feel super confident in my group this year. Three times -- the guy who I wanted was selected before. One was Kendall Wright and the other Amendola. I'm forgetting the third.

Rumors on Twitter that MJD's holdout may end soon...where would you guys slot him draft wise?

Would you still take him fairly early...?
