Too early. See how playoffs go but so far they've both done a great job especially Spags.

The Bills are essentially the Pats with a younger offense and a QB that can atleast run.
They can beat New England in Foxboro. |

They have the defense to do it. Their rb seems to be pretty decent. Their O line looked kinda weak though (at least against Baltimore). I wouldn’t say I have faith but they could absolutely play out of their minds and win that game. Pats are beatable this season.

No. You play hard trying to get a bye bc that increases chances of winning a super bowl greatly. If we fall 2 games behind new England then we can rest bc i don't see pats losing to bungles or dolphins so we can then concede the 2 seed to pats.

It took NE 2 trick plays, 2 DPI's and a questionable special teams play to score their points Sunday. Any decent team in the NFL can beat that ass wherever they play. They have gotten to this point by playing a soft schedule and their past glory. Teams have lost their fear of them and they are in trouble.

The Patriots almost lost to them the first time. They had to knock Josh Allen out with a cheap shot, and still had to return a blocked punt for a TD to win. Probably cheated on that blocked punt, too. Because they're cheaters. That's what they do. Bills hung tough against Baltimore and almost tied it up late in the 4th. They ain't scared of the paper chumps.

While we’re eating crow, I’ll take mine. I wasn’t a fan of the Frank Clark trade, but the guy is a manimal that teams game plan for. Rock solid all around smart football player with a definite edge to his game. Very glad to have him and excited to see how he performs in the postseason. A true savage.
Wasn’t excited about bringing in Spags. Saw how some of his defenses have finished in the past and wasn’t excited. That, too has been shown to be I’ll founded. I LOVE his aggressive style and think it fits perfectly with the talent and skill set of the players we have on defense. Reminds me a lot of Jim Johnson’s old pressure based aggressive defenses. Love the attitude. This is going to be one hell of a ride and the start has been a blast! |

When he's been put in a stable situation with a solid and established head coach/front office situation, he builds winning defenses and quickly, usually turning it around in one to two seasons. His 'bad' defense years are usually in chaotic situations, coach fired, interim coach, bounty gate in N.O., etc. And his tenure as a head coach wasn't great, but it was a transitional period for the Rams going from the Vermeil to Martz offenses that were now completely talent depleted. So, a rebuild effort. |

I'm going to give Veach a pass on the 2018 draft, but you have to admit the 2019 class is pretty solid. I'm not going to say the Clark deal was a winner just quite yet, but he's a massive improvement over Dee Ford. Finding guys like Ogbah, Pennel, and Okafor shouldn't be overlooked, either.
Spags seems to have figured out who to play, when to play them, and what packages to use. It's a work in progress, but I'll take the Dec. 2019 version of the D over last year's disaster. |
