Alex Smith just wins!
Props for the QB who always finds a way to win. Things weren't going our way in the first half but he didn't quit and found a way to lead us to victory.

What is most maddening about it is that it is a recipe for winning enough regular season games to make the playoffs, but doesn't succeed in the playoffs.

A 39 year old Manning averaged 180 yards per game on a QB rating of 75 in his 3 playoff games to win the Lombardi.

At least we know playoff version of Smith plays better than that. Right?

I don't think he's been the liability in most games, but yeah.. it's hard to justify paying him that contract if things do not improve. The rest of his games go like this.. and it's probably time to move on. Either way, it's time to bring in a QBotF.

In 3 playoff games: Brady averaged 190 yards, QB rating of 77. Only 1 touchdown the entire playoffs. And it was enough to win his first Lombardi.

Thoughts? Would you like to refute that defense wins championships or are you on the bandwagon now?
