That was the absolute worst defensive game I've seen the KC Royals or KC A's play.....and I'm old enough that I've seen some real stinkers. The boys just need to put this one in the rear view mirror asap.

Don't forget that if Alexander doesn't suck balls the night before and has to be bailed out by Wade Davis, then Davis would have been available to pitch the 9th in this game.

In the end though, it doesn't matter. We gave this game away with turrible defensive play.

It's a depth issue at this point, I think.

They were prepared to cut him after June 1, but that was before they knew Moustakas was out for the year and before Eibner's injury.

Christian Colon is still in the minors. I'll take him over Infante all day every day. Colon, Merrifield, and Cuthbert is plenty of depth.
