Defensive Coordinators Available Next Year

Vic Fangio - Looking like John Fox May be done after the season. Vic had Top five defenses from 2011 to 2014.

Chuck Pagano - Also looks to be gone. Comes from the Baltimore Ravens defensive tree coaching 2008- 2011.

Rex Ryan - Yeah Yeah, Shitty Coach but question is can he be a great D-coordinator again?

Todd Bowles - Looks like he’s buying himself another year with the Jets. Unless he completely implodes the last few games.

Who els is out there? Mike Pettine?

Not necessarily advocating for him, but John Fox will likely be available.

Sutton will be back unless Reid feels the need to offer up a sacrifice to the masses.

I like Mike Pettine a lot. He's actually creative and doesn't demand everyone to simply win their one on ones straight up. Also does a great job blending his alignments and mixing in disguises.

I have always hated the 3-4. Go get the best 4-3 defensive coordinator.

His game-plan for the Patriots game at the start of the season was a surprise which caused for good results. Once that was on tape, it was all downhill.

In the previous seasons Sutton was still calling idiotic plays, but bailed out with fortunate turnovers.

Forcing your DB's to give 12-14 yard cushions when it is 3rd and 5 is inexcusable, and it happens way too often. He is so scared of giving up the big play that just allows anything underneath and that is just fine because "bend but don't break"... well that seems to be bullshit.
He has owned the AFC West. He broke Manning like no one before. The is a lot more good than bad when it comes to Sutton. Nothing but field goals against Pittsburgh in the playoffs? People just don't see the big picture.

Agreed.

Pettine would be my first choice, if Sutton is replaced.

One of the most successful defensive runs in Chiefs history over the last five seasons...and people want to replace the architect after a game in which the defense dominated without a scrap of elite talent in the secondary.

Unbelievable.

Peters and Berry aren’t elite?

Sean Smith, your undercover lover, wasn’t borderline elite?

Yeah just get Rex Ryan. Andy can give him the defense, he's aggressive, I'll take some crazy foot fetish and some Jim Schwartz kind of tension like the Eagles have if it means we're a contender.

Yeah...and they didn't play Sunday.

Sutton has done a decent job considering the lack of talent on defense this year.

The Chiefs should be 10-3 had it not been for the QB shitting the bed against Pitt, NYG and Buffalo.
