In need of gearhead help

Changed the starter in a 95 Chevy truck and when we put the battery cables on it tried to start. So went and got another starter and same thing happened.

Any ideas out there?

Nothing worse than buying stuff for a fix and then finding it's something else.

Resurrecting thread for a little advice. So last week a deer ran right into the driver's side of my truck and managed to dent every single body panel on that side. I only have liability insurance and don't want to spend thousands of $$ to fix it. I know that I'll need professional repair to at least two spots, but the rest of the damage isn't too bad.

My question is, has anyone every used a DIY dent removal kit? There are plenty out there, but who knows if they work.
