For me it's all about Mint Cookies & Cream. B&J are the only big brand that I know that makes it, though I had it as a kid at BaskinRobins. Only problem is B&J doesn't make it Green, it's vanilla colored.

To make homeade mint cc you have to steep mint leaves in the milk for a couple of hours, then fish out the mint leaves and squeeze out as much as you can... It will produce a slight green tint .. I imagine Breyers and the rest use mint oil.

Blue Bell Moolenium crunch is one of the best ice creams that doesn't come from an ice cream shop. Their pecans, pralines and cream is really good too.
