Just shows how crucial he is here. Just imagine what we could have done had he been on the field those last 2 picks. They couldnt cover Kelce, Hill and Watkins.

Would he have been the difference last night?
I dont know, but it always feels like we miss him when he is out, even when we score 51... Conley is a fine receiver, but he is #3 for a reason |

He is who he thought he was.
A remarkably talented, oft-injured, complementary player. The contract he just got is the largest he'll ever get. I just have a hard time believing anyone will ever trust him as a #1 guy and few teams are going to be willing to pay him this kind of money to be a luxury item and #4 weapon. The guy's a cocktease. When he's healthy, damn he's dangerous. But health is a skill and the guy just doesn't have it.

What I don't get is why Robinson can't beat that more than he does. The guy's physical tools just jump off the page but for whatever reason he's either never open or just gets buried so far down the reads that the ball doesn't get to him. If you have Watkins out there, Peters can't just hang on Kelce over the middle - he absolutely has to help out with Watkins. Watkins is a difference maker (and he'd better be for his paycheck), but he can't stay on the field. Does anyone trust that he'll be healthy in the post-season? I damn sure don't; he'll have another 'day to day' ding and we'll end up where we found ourselves today. He'll "give it a try" and it'll grab and he won't be able to go.

Conley doesn't demand the attention that Watkins does. Watkins primary role in this offense is to make sure kelce and hill aren't doubled. You can't stop Travis, Reek, Hunt, and Watkins. Conley isn't near that level
