The first Rocky movie (along with the original Bad News Bears) is my favorite sports movie. They should never have made a sequel - having Rocky beat Apollo completely misses the point of the original.

Saw it last night - incredible movie, as it did an incredible job of tying the whole Rocky universe together and the boxing scenes cinematography was ridiculous. Best sports movie I've seen in years. Highly recommend.

My niece (18 year old) knew nothing about the early films - saw Creed and thought Apollo/Rocky were real boxers until I explained the story headed home from the theater. Since seeing Creed she's now watched the first 4 Rocky movies - Creed is that bad ass - even millenials are all in on the Rocky universe.

Creed was good. A little long.

I like Michael B. Jordan from Friday night lights. He is a good actor and must be a great athlete too.

A bit fragmented at times. Rocky has to face a few demons too. Rocky has to be a teacher, mentor.

Fight scenes are very real.
