Anyone here have an "in" with a large residential homebuilder?
We're talking like the 100 largest in the company. I'm working on a work project where I need to talk to people in these companies, and I'll pay a $50 cash reward for some specific introductions. Real cash with a picture of Ulysses S. Grant, not casino cash, but if you'd rather have casino cash that's fine, too.

I might be interested in larger custom home builders, too.

I don't know anyone on that list since there aren't any Kansas City builders on there, but if you're interested in talking to the largest KC builder, I could definitely get you in contact with their owner or president. They'll build around 200-250 homes this year and I'm the broker for most of them.
