****2012-2013 Fantasy Football Repository Thread****

I did my first year of fantasy baseball -- I cannot tell you how much I'm ready for FF after that cluster****.

I figured this would be a good thread prior to most team's drafts.

When the time comes we can start a "rate my team" thread, and also a "sit/start thread."

So, how many leagues are you joining?

What intrigues you the most?

What player/s flying under the radar do you think will impact the FF world the most?

Also, cheap plug --- Mr. Plow's league needs one more player. It's a fun IDP league. I'm sure he'll be along to promote it -- we only want handsome, well hung gentlemen like ourselves. It'd be fun to get a CPer into that last spot.

Good team. Real hard to nitpick. Like it all other than your TE.

I love my WRs and LBs.

Big question mark at RBs though.
Megatron and Cruz are money in the bank. **** Vick. And I like BGE a hell of a lot more than McGahee. The Bengals should move the ball pretty well this year; and he'll get a ton of red zone work.

I was telling a couple of guys I probably waited a round too late for RB.

But, the thought of Megatron, Cruz, WR3 excites me.

My work draft is Saturday morning/afternoon. We're a 14-team league that overvalues QBs. I have the 8th pick this year. I expect Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady, and Drew Brees to be long gone. It's possible that Matt Stafford and Cam Newton are also gone.

In my preparation I'm trying to decide whether, if available at 8, I would take Cam Newton/Matt Stafford and then at 20 take best available WR/RB (or Gronk) or if I should take a top RB (Arian Foster or Ray Rice) at #8 and then counter with a QB like Schaub/Ryan/Eli/Romo in the 3rd or 4th round.

I may be in the minority here.

But, I really, really like Schaub. I know he's coming off an injury but that offense is still electric.

Plus, in most leagues, he's still there between round 7-9.

However, I'm not sure how long he'd last in a QB heavy league like yours.

Assuming there is no really wonky scoring or lineup settings in the league, I would definitely go with option "B"

I could use some help on this one. I was just offered a trade. Leaning towards not taking it but want another opinion.

I get:
Sam Bradford
Greg Jennings
Ryan Matthews

I give:
Eli Manning
Stevan Ridley

I have Ahmad Bradshaw and Matt Forte as my starting RBs so I could hide Matthews until he gets healthy. My starting receivers are DeSean Jackson, Wes Welker and Percy Harvin. My starting QBs are Eli Manning and Matt Stafford.

What do you think?

I would do it. When would you be starting Eli over Stafford anyways. Plus Jennings is a big improvement over D Jacks.
