Although the OP isn't accurate (yet):

The investigation started with the arrest of the foundation's Executive Director Russell Taylor in April for child pornography charges. FOX59 reported that a raid of Taylor's home found more than 500 child pornography videos. Investigators haven't said if the raid of Fogle's home is connected to Taylor's arrest.

Well, in fairness to formerly fat boy, he hasn't been formally charged with anything yet. The director of his foundation was arrested for Child Porn in April. I'm just interested in the story for the ad blowback. It'll be interesting to see how quickly Subway distances themselves from this guy, and how they handle the spin.
