I like the way he fell down. A true fail. I wish the NHL would just have no touch icing and I think I like the shallower nets.

It's the NHL, though, where teams fire their coaches as they roll into the playoffs.

So, I just saw Hertl's goal and.....wow. That is.....wow. In his third game in the NHL, he did THAT?! If you haven't seen it:



I imagine that the Rangers are going to want a bit of come-up-'ns in the rematch back in New York for that. Nevertheless, that goal dropped my jaw. The NHL is the only sport I watch where I can still be in stunned amazement at some of the things these players can do. Occasionally, the NFL might pull something out, but it's a nightly occurrence in the NHL.

The Sharks have something special here.
