So I had Fiber installed a few weeks ago. I kept TWC phone service for our house alarm. I had TWC come out this morning for a service call on their piece of poop modem and this crazy bitch tries telling me Google used their connections and box outside. She tells me I need to have Google come out and run their own connections and I belly laugh and say no. She gets heated AND UNHOOKS MY GOOGLE! The crazy bitch then locks the connection box outside as I'm unloading both barrells on her like a drunkard in a Geno mega thread.

I'm going to see if I can get a manager on the phone now.

lol TWC delivers outstanding customer service once again! to be fair, it is common for google or other companies to reuse some of the existing coax, and being that TWC inherently has signal issues, that probably did make the cable modem cranky. after you get free service from them for a few months, maybe you should change to some other VOIP provider that will work with your alarm

Yeah, it was complete butthurt from TWC (at least this particular technician) the moment she walked in and looked at the Google boxes. She kept saying it was unethical for Google to use their existing coax and wrong for me to "be ok" with that, ensuing more belly laughter on my part. It was getting loud with me in my own house and disconnecting my shit after I specifically told her not to is when I lost it. She threatened to have TWC come out and remove all their coax from the outside box

To update the whole thing, I made a 10 minute call to Google customer service who went out of their way to have a guy here at 2pm today to fix the whole thing.
