I've seen this movie a half dozen times now in various formats and it definitively is now my favorite Marvel film.

I still hold the first Thor in ridiculously high esteem, and the first Avengers was also brilliant.

There have been some really excellent Marvel films (Cap 3, Thor, Avengers, Cap 2, Iron Man, Guardians), and the rest have almost all been very good (Cap 1, Avengers 2, IM 3, Ant Man) and only a couple stinkers (IM 2, Thor 2, Incredible Hulk).

I have to echo Dreck's thoughts. I've thought all of Marvel's films lately have been really good, even the ones who most would agree were bombs (Iron Man 2 & 3, Thor 2, etc).

I think my least favorite was probably Cap: First Avenger (the suit was so ****ing bad- thankfully they changed it up because now it looks awesome) or Thor 2 but I'll watch those if they're on TV.

Peter Dinklage in talks for Infinity War role.

Could there be better casting for Pip, one of Warlock's buddies and future holder of the space gem ala infinity watch.

They are keeping Warlock under wraps. Gonna need serious star power to make his character interesting in a movie universe IMO.

I don't see them not including him though.
He was too much of a Marvel darling back then for some reason.

Although, Captain Marvel was the one who stopped Thanos is his first attempt at Godhood.
They very well could be using her as the savior of the universe.

Warlock's cocoon is in the first Guardians in the Collector's place but that could have just been fan service.

I saw that, but there hasn't been a peep.

If we don't see or hear of him by GOTG 2 we won't see him at all IMO.

I heard they are about to introduce The Grand Master(Jeff Goldblum)
And he might have been pulling the strings the whole time in CW.

He enjoys manipulating lesser beings into combat for entertainment.

There's speculation that Marvel doesn't have the rights to Adam Warlock since his first appearance was in Fantastic Four. Also that Ayesha, who is in GOTG 2 and is basically a female version of Adam Warlock, will be who they use instead.

I liked it way better than Batman V Superman but I still have some issues with it.

Who the **** is to tell Super Hero's who just saved the planet from total destruction or be in controlled by a Universal Super Villain that they need to conform to the UN?

Like they can tell Thor who wasn't in it not to fight someone who is going take over the Galaxy?

I also think it's dumb pitting good guys against good guys in the first place. They really had to force the hate with Ironman and Cap Merica and even made Winter Solder the reason for the hate I think could have been done differently.

I mostly enjoyed the battle amongst all the Super Heroes and thought Spider-Man part was most excellent he played naïve Peter Parker to a T. I don't know if naïve is even the right word I want to use but he did good.

I just don't see how the UN can hold the Avengers accountable for saving the Planet over and over again.

Well they did create the super-villain in the first place, and any one of them could turn into a super-villain at any time, so I can see the desire to control them or reign them in.

Ayesha and Warlock were both created by the Enclave in the comics, so unless there is a rights issue, having Ayesha could also signal that Warlock could make an appearance. She is going to be the villain and I imagine will be pretty powerful so having Warlock save the day could make sense.

Bingo.

And keep in mind, Hulk and Thor are MIA. These two guys can create a 9/11 if they wake up on the wrong side of the bed. The Destroyer leveled a small town looking for Thor, and Thor had to create a tornado to put him down. Hulk has already killed and destroyed that town in Africa or whatever in Avengers 2. Iron Man created Ultron. Captain America will break the femurs of law enforcement officers if they try to bring in Bucky.

And so on.

People are completely understandably freaking out.

The most reliable rumors I've heard have him being in Ragnarok and playing the Emperor/Red king role from Planet Hulk.

I would so love an MCU adaptation of Planet Hulk.

I would too, but I doubt it will happen since Planet Hulk basically just took the John Carter story and put Hulk in the lead role.
