I need opinions on oatmeal raisin cookies.

My wife and I were having a conversation about cookies last night. My favorite cookie is oatmeal raisin, and I've always been under the impression that I'm in the minority.

She swears up and down that it's one of the most popular cookies.

So if you guys could just answer a few questions, I'd appreciate it.

Do you like Oatmeal Raisin cookies? When was the last time you had one? Where do you rate them on a scale of 1-10? How does it compare to other cookies?

If there chocolate chip, triple chocolate chip, macadamia nut, snickerdoodle, peanut butter, or pretty much any other kind of cookie available, why the **** would you eat oatmeal raisin?

Not my favorite, but I like them. I don't see how they'd be one of the 'most popular'.

They're sweet and juicy.

Snickerdoodles are dry, peanut butter sticks to the roof of your mouth, I love macadamia nuts, so no beef there, and chocolate chip is the country's favorite so I suppose we are just anarchists.

With cookies.

They're great cookies, and they are a big seller in grocery stores.

I'm not a fan of Oatmeal Raisin, just a great CRUNCHY plain Oatmeal cookie made with plenty of rolled oats and butter. Haven't had one in a real long time.

Most of today's cookies are too soft and chewy. I HATE chewy cookies and this trend to eat undercooked food like pizza with undercooked crust.

I like oatmeal raisin cookies.

I LOVE oatmeal cookies sans raisins.

I like than more than the ole' tiresome chocolate chip. I put them at a 7 but you gotta have a good recipe which contains walnuts. Coconut ain't bad in them either. I like them because they're less junky and still taste good. Plus I like oatmeal.

They're by no means my favorite, but I've been known to have a couple now and then.

It's been years since I've had any, but I've nearly cut out all sweets.... except ice cream.
Oh and almond M&Ms, but that's it. Ice Cream and almond M&Ms, that's all I need.
