Removing Nike Swoosh

Donated my older Nike products to a homeless shelter. Am looking for ideas for removing the swoosh from a few shirts and shoes which are relatively new.

They just appealed to the 18-35yo demographic that actually buys their stuff. That particular demographic hates "the man" right now. Thats the millenials that think it's cool to protest every g-d damned thing that bothers them.

So, actually, Nike pulled off a brilliant Ad campaign. They pissed off a bunch of people who rarely buy their shit, and if they do, it's almost by accident. They grabbed a bunch of new customers that are blacks, youth, millenials, etc., that might have been buying Adidas or some other brand.

Personally, I have a few Nike golf shirts, but I'm not burning them. Like I said, Nike isn't standing for anything here, so why would I be offended. Plus, the shirts are comfortable, and I got them end of season for like $8. Burning your shit only hurts you. Grow up and see what is really going on here.

They definitely did not grab "blacks, youth and millenials" LOL, Nike owns Jordan brand, so yeah, they've had those dollars already.

BUT.... you specifically said he *STATED* that *ALL* cops beat and are dirty. He didn't say that. He wore some ****ing socks that you didn't like.

I was merely trying to convey wearing a pair of socks that illustrates LEO's as pigs, is pretty clearly painting a picture of what CAP thinks about LEO'S. I was comparing that mentality that all Cops are bad as akin to saying all Germans hate Jews. I did re-read what I typed, should have added a comma to illustrate my opinion on his message. Secondly, I couldn't give 2 ****s about his socks, someone asked what it was about, so I commented. If you want to suck CAP's dick, go right ahead bro, go ahead and full send it.

Not to divert from the topic at hand, but I read an interview of a CIA intelligence officer a couple of years ago, and she said something that was incredibly simple but powerful to remember. She said, "You have to remember that everybody thinks they're the good guys."

Seems to me that maybe 10% of cops do terrible shit and then the other 90% are complicit in their silence.

If police unions weren't so hyper defensive and actually did the right thing whenever an individual cop did the wrong thing, maybe the sweeping generalization that they're all pigs wouldn't exist.

Statistically, native americans are the group most likely to be victims of police brutality:

Just something to consider.

I agree completely. If Police/Court system moved more quickly to condemn the bad cops and then charge them, it would go over much better, because at least then there is accountability and consequences. Not just another person being shot dead, and the COP is "justified".
