Last year I replaced everyone's golf screens on their patios. $200 for the first floor, $300 for the 2nd floor, and $400 for third floor. With 2 other guys. Made a decent chunk of cash, but I don't ever want to climb a 40 foot ladder again.

My dad used to put me on 40fters with with a 24ft walk board running across off the top 3rd rung when I was like 14. That shit would wobbling all over the place. Scary as shit. No fall protection.

Now I climb those screened pool enclosures like spiderman.

The harder it it hits, the easier the work though.

Like I said, If it nukes the place. All you need is a truck and a chainsaw.

I focus on window replacement after that. GOOD money there. Nobody wants a hole sucking out AC for very long..
