Ha I forgot I posted in this thread sorry.
I work at Fox, I do trailers/TV spots. This year I've worked on Deadpool, Kung Fu Panda, Independence Day, Ice Age, Joy, Eddie the Eagle, Brooklyn, The Revenant, Peanuts, Miss Peregrine, Martian, Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates, and coming up the new Alien and the new Planet of the Apes. I can spill all kinds of things I suppose. Deadpool was the most fun but Revenant was the most rewarding. |

There are two more Alien prequels coming out. Once those have been released, Sigourney Weaver is joing Neil Blomkamp's Alien film, which will ignore Alien 3 & 4.
It brings back Ridley, Newt and Michael Biehn's character. |

I actually like Alien 3. I mean, i didnt originally, but it has grown on me. But yes, after the thrills of Aliens, i can see why audiences rejected it originally.

I just want one good X-Men movie in my lifetime. First Class was ok. I couldn't make it through Days. Everything before First Class was bad.
I have heard rumors of them doing Old Man Logan. WITH Hugh Jackman. Which has me intrigued. And it's set to be R rated due to the success of Deadpool. |

You just can't. It wasn't my favorite version of the Hulk but the final act needs that fight...

The Old Man Logan we get for a film is going to be an entirely new story and production. I'm intrigued, but I'm also convinced it will be a brand new story. |

Worst reviewed X-Men movie, ever, even behind X-Men 3 directed by Brett Ratner.
Big shock. |

I thought it was pretty entertaining. Unspectacular but still entertaining.
Magneto was a beast and I loved his story arc. He's really been through a ton of shit in his life. They didn't focus too much on Mystique. That was a plus. Quicksilver stole the show with the best scene in the movie yet again. Apocalypse was crazy powerful. I didn't like the fact that he had to transfer his consciousness to other bodies and that's, apparently, how he amassed such amazing powers through the years, but having him take on all the X Men while battling Xavier in his mind was a great display of his power. It sucks they had to kill him off but realistically it was the only outcome. He's not the type you could just keep in a cell somewhere. Apoc dying brings me to the thing I least liked about the movie: Phoenix. It was just too rushed. They really didn't explain jack shit about it. For all the hatred the original X Men trilogy gets, they did the Phoenix right by building up the mystique over the span of several movies. |
