Announced backwards compatibility (unavailable until later in the year), a new "elite" controller and a new exclusive game called Recore.

Holy shit. PC Mods for Fallout 4 will be playable for free on Xbox One. Hope it works on PS4 too.

Releasing Tomb Raider the same day as Fallout 4 was really stupid. Nobody is going to buy that game. The timed exclusivity was a gigantic waste of money by Microsoft.

i would rather play Tomb Raider over Fallout. Im not a fan of Batheseda's games. I wanted to like Skyrim, but after about 7 hours into the game, nothing seem to have changed, everything was exactly the same. lol

I'm just saying that going toe to toe with Fallout 4 is going to hurt a lot. Call of Duty is coming out around that time too. Tomb Raider is a good franchise but if I have to choose between a 10 hour campaign or a 50-100 hour campaign I'm going to choose the latter more often than not, especially if the shorter game lacks good multiplayer.

I knew what you meant, it was just the way you said it that I had to call it out. heh

I do agree that MS blew it on their exclusivity deal because of the release date but the last TR was so damned good I think you will be surprised how many will be buying it on release day. It won't top Fallout of course but I don't think anyone would expect it to.

For MS it was just about keeping something away from Sony as they have been losing the exclusivity battle this gen.

Gears 4 looked unbelievable. My most hyped game next to Star Wars by far. Dayz is also set to release in alpha on the Xbox one with their preview program soon.
