Which trade is better?

Team A lost Gronkowski and has no TE. His receivers are Welker, Decker, Nicks, James Jones, Danario Alexander and Ryan Broyles. You can start 3 WR, you can start another one at FLEX if you want as well.

One team offered him Jimmy Graham and DeSean Jackson for Wes Welker and Eric Decker.

The other team offered him Owen Daniels and Michael Crabtree for Wes Welker.

PPR

who wins?

Kind of depends on the waiver wire, if there is a good TE out there, get him (Myers, Keller).

But if not, the only one I would consider is Graham - there's no replacement for an elite TE. That being said, with injuries to Gronk and Edelman, in PPR format there might not be a better WR to have for the rest of the year than Welker.
