Unless your mother was on the stand, I don't see why he'd have brought that up. If mom doesn't have a record, and you can use the response in an appropriate way, point that out in order to discredit the prosecutor as a liar.

Ask him if he has an expert who'll testify that the video has been Photoshopped. If he says that he doesn't, object to the judge.

Not much you can do. Prosecutors enjoy pretty much complete immunity when acting as a prosecutor in the court. You can try and have the bar sanction him but most of the time they just brush it off since they are prosecutors as well.
