After 2 weeks, where do you rate THIS Chiefs team?

Among other Chief teams?

Is this the best we've seen after two weeks? Are there teams in the past that after 2 weeks were better?

lettuce discuss!

Just like we knew before.. they are as always in the Andy era, a top 5 AFC team.

The penalties are irritating, but I do feel the refs tend to screw KC more than most teams. I want to see MUCH less DAT, Travis Ross, Gaines, and Albert Wilson.

That would be a good start in minimizing the screw-ups.

The OL and pass pro was disturbingly poor during my live viewing of yesterday's game.. at least for most of the first 2/3 quarters. I'd also love to see the receiving targets do a better job of finding a viable spot for a reception when a play breaks down and the QB is on the move. Their new WR coach needs a foot in his arse, because this still has not been sufficiently addressed.

This is easily the best Chiefs team under Reid and probably since the 90's. Sadly, this the best AFC west that I've seen in a very long time. Denver is better than a lot of us thought. Raiders are very good. Chargers are going to be better than their 0-2 record suggests.

It's hard for me to rate this team because it is so early. Don't forget we started 1-5 not too long ago but finished 11-5 and won our first playoff game in like 20-something-years. Started 9-0 the one year and finished 11-5 and lost in a playoff gm when we were killing the other team. Also, there have been a handful of SB winning teams that started out the year 0-2 so I don't like to read too much into the first two weeks

All I will say is so far I don't have much complaints other than the penalties and bad oline and dline play (at times, overall they have been pretty good).

We'll see how the rest of the season goes but I am not going to get too excited just yet. We are off to a good start but that's all it is, a start.

So far we look like we'll be in the playoffs. The D could improve a lot, and we're in a division that's going to beat the shit out of each other, so additional injuries could become a factor for us than teams like NE who play in a powder puff division. So our defense has me a bit concerned.

But so for so good.

I hope you've been boozing hard all day because this isn't too damned hard, man.

Louis Riddick was blasting ridiculous hot takes. Penbrook posted them, insinuating they were important. I posted that Riddick's hot take is ridiculous because Smith was always available. I reinforced that by saying Jamaal was a better back, but he was out a lot of important games.

Not rocket surgery here, man.

That's crazy talk. No NFL team would trade 3 first round picks for Alex Smith, JFC!

Jesus ****ing tapdancing Christ you ****ing non-comprehending fools.

I'll go through this in crayon for you.

Penbrook like a the uninformed moron he is mistakenly suggested that I am a Smith hater. My entire post was clarifying that I have never been a Smith hater. As such I posted that I hoped he won the super bowl and we traded him for 3 first round picks I know it isn't going to happen, for ****s ****ing sake, but I hope it does as proof that I don't just arbitrarily hate Smith like Penbrook suggested.

Like I said, I hope the both of you are drunk as **** and actually not this stupid.

To have sustained success this year, they are going to have to hope that Hunt doesn't hit the rookie wall in December.

I'm not scared. That record from years past will have nothing to do with this season or any future season.

We can still lose home playoff games regardless.

It's hard to believe we've only won 2 home playoff games in my life time.

But I'll take 13-3 all day every day
