Running back Peyton Hillis on what offensive coordinator Brian Daboll, his former coach in Cleveland, brings to the Chiefs and his smooth transition to a similar offense:

“It was good coming in and already knowing the playbook. When you know what you’re doing, you’re faster when you do it. He (Daboll) knows how to create mismatches for me out of the backfield, and then at the receiver spot. He’s really good with the quarterbacks too. It’s been pretty laid back for me, just helping the guys get to know the playbook and get things going. It’s good for me, and it’s good for the other teammates in the room with me because I can help them out.”

DJ was drafted in 05.

Herm didnt develop anyone. 08 was his last season.

He wasn't a bad coach. He inherited an extremely old and washed up team and had to go through a youth movement and wasn't allowed to reap the rewards.

Norv Turner has coached in an AFC Championship game and won multiple division titles as a head coach.

Dennis Allen is an unknown, but at least he hasn't proven to be shitty as Romeo has.

If Romeo Crennel had done JACK as a head coach I'd feel good about it. Right now he's just another shitty Pioli pick.

I am very confident that when the smoke clears in three years, if not sooner, Chiefs fans are gonna ****ing hate Romeo Crennel for coming in here and wasting our time and wasting the best years of Charles, Bowe, Hali, etc. He will be more hated than Herm Edwards and Dick Vermeil. He'll slide in nicely next to Gunther Cunningham on that list of failed KC Chiefs head coaches.

Herm Edwards had accomplished something as a head coach. Todd Haley had some attractive qualities and I was willing to give him a chance.

Romeo Crennel is just an old, fat washed up **** from the Patriots tree of fail. He shouldn't be coaching anyone's team.
