venting about work
so I have been with my company for six years. I have spent the whole time on first shift. All of a sudden yesterday out of the blue they tell me I am to report to 2nd shift starting next Monday and chances are I will be stuck there for a couple years. It blows. I have a wife and a young daughter. it is getting me stressed to the point that I am thinking of looking for a new job.
my 1st shift schedule is great. 6am - 230pm. 2nd shift is terrible. 330pm-midnight I will have no life at all and when my daughter starts school I will never see her. ****ing bullshit. |
