Yep. I love watching the Pirates but I'd almost like to see the Cubs beat them in the WC just to see the Cards/Cubs first round series. It would be all-time epic.

That ball was so foul, I can't believe that douche called it otherwise. Morales has zero reason to run that out because he clearly saw it was foul. Even Nedster said it was a joke from the dugout view

it is what I really want to see

and the Cards will sweep them ... because that's how the world works

Cards just need to make sure the Giants don't overtake the Dodgers and they'll be all set to win another title ... they own the Cubs more than they own the Royals

and when the Cubs sign Price in the offseason and bolster their bullpen a little more ... I have a hard time seeing how they don't own that division for a few years

but the Cards and Pirates are so good, too ... just a brutal time to be a Reds/Brewers fan

I realize he was basically Hochever'ing himself over with Baltimore but I cannot believe they gave up on a guy with this arsenal for ... Scott Feldman

they'd never do it but the error made by Russell should have been scored a hit

That was a classic pitching performance. He pitches like that in the playoffs and the sky is the limit. He just no hit a $300 million dollar team.

probably puts him at #2 in the NL Cy Young race ... I don't think he can overtake Greinke unless he does what he just did about 3 more times

I bet you the O's board isn't too happy with having to watch that performance on national TV

I mean ... he's doing legendary things over there. It's amazing.
and..............they have THE perfect manager for a team like that. You have to tip your hat to the Cubs. Well done!
