Greatest accomplishment in the history of sport?

With all the recruiting advantages the LHN brings Texas, and overcoming the biased officiating for KU, is K-State winning the conference in both major sports in the same year the greatest accomplishment ever?

We lost to OSU (a Top 15 team) team today on their home court. You guys lost to them a little over a month ago and then took it two OT's to get your win against them to avoid a sweep. Your elite team had the out right conference win served up on a platter today. Your boys knew we lost and then they trotted out and got served their worst lost in 7 ****ING years to an unranked sub .500 league team we just beat at the same place last week they they just punked you guys at today. If this was some regular moron spewing this shit I wouldn't care, but as soon as things started looking bad for you today you started spewing this #1 tournament seed and the season sweep shit. On a day when both our teams played like shit everyone is being gracious and classy throwing out playful jabs, but you're being an ass. You might even say you've been spewing this dumbassery all day just trying to get a K-State fan to respond like this, but that's bullshit. You're just an arrogant prick and can't stand this has happened.

Give this sweep shit a ****in rest. Plain and simple..........your lucky as hell to have you gotten your share of the title.

I agree. IIRC, the years when KU shared the conference championship they also won conference tournament and beat the other co-champ on a neutral court.

You don't recall correctly then.
In the '05 tournament KU lost to #3 seed Oklahoma St in the semifinals.

You guys could have had a winning record against that other Kansas school.

Oh well, maybe next year...but probably not.

It's going to be all right. Turn the bill of that baseball cap to the side and slide right under mommy's arm. She'll make your hurting tummy be all better.
