Deep Tracks...a thread for your flip side faves
Bored today and looking to hopefully get introduced to some tunes I can add to my collection.Please try and keep the songs deep,as in not the everyday turn on the radio and hear unless of course it could make Sirius/XM Deep Tracks.

Even though my tastes center around most all genres of rock this thread is for all tastes in that maybe some of us can help others who like me are always looking for something new.


I'm going to go way back to start from Black Sabbath's Technical Ecstasy project.I crank this up at the 3:10 mark,love the riff.

Going back to mainstream and old school B-side this one comes from the Ted Nugent Free-For-All project in which Meatloaf sang lead vocals on four songs.This is one of those four.

I know Nuge can be out there but his guitar with Meatloaf's vocals work,at least for me.

Im still trying to figure this thread out. What defines "deep"? Lyrical meaning? Thought provoking lyrics? Depressing Lyrics? Something else entirely? Does the music have to be "classic" to qualify?

Sirius/XM has a channel called Deep Tracks which is like B-side album stuff.I've come across some good music there that I didn't know about,new and classic.So this thread can be about whatever you want it to be,I was just looking for some tunes again.

Yeah they are a kind of a country/southern rock hybrid. Wasn't sure how you would take to it but thought they were interesting enough to at least point them out. And if you like the lyrics to "Son of the Bourbon".....
