Having listened to a lot of 'press' I think Jeff Garlin in his 'By the Way' podcast has BY FAR the best Vince Gilligan interview, both in terms of entertainment and information.

VG states that Fring's super lab could absolutely have been powered on and started cooking meth in industrial amounts. It was turnkey ready to go. They brought in an engineer who spent a shit ton of time researching it.

VG pointed out that one of the great thing of having a show of the popularity of BB is that you can find and attract people who can realize even the wildest kernal of your flights of fancy regarding plotting and verisimilitude. So many things he could NEVER have realized without people wanting to come in from all over and offer their vision and expertise.

On the entertainment side, there's a ton of inside stuff about Home Fries, and VG did his homework to surprise and embarrass Garlin about HIS life/career.

I watched that episode this morning. She said she stopped counting because too much was coming in too fast. She said the piles were all kinds of mixed up denominations.

Also, the LIGHTS IN THE STORAGE UNIT WERE OFF.
