It hasn't been said lately but Kareem Hunt is a bad ass

I think his skill has been lost due to Smith ruining the season and getting him stuffed all over the place. I am massively happy to have him. With Mahomes stretching the field we will see Hunt kick ass when defenses will no longer be able to play five yards off the ball and have to actually defend the whole field.

3.57 ypc since week 3. 0 TDs. take away that 23 yard run in the Houston game and he was at 3 YPC even in that game. He's a stud, for sure, but maybe, just maybe. There's something else going on.

Kareem is good but not at the elite level like Jamaal in his prime. The shit offenses and QBs he had to deal was remarkable that he produced at a HOF teir.. It was Barry Sanders bad ass with all things considered

that delayed handoff out of the shotgun that they do 8 times a game isnt fooling anyone. They need to start mixing in play action and dare I say use a fullback to get Hunt going.

This sit in shotgun and give Hunt the ball and watch 10 guys meet him.at the LOS isnt fooling anyone on planet Earth anymore

PA, show us video of Hunt missing huge holes only to run directly into defenders, or juking fake defenders which forces him to stutter-step.

Until then.......

Hunt is a rookie. He is still learning but he's definitely hit a rookie wall. It is mostly the run blocking but there's been times I've seen him hesitate longer than I'd like to hit a hole.

Hopefully Hunt/Oline can turn things around these upcoming weeks.
You're comparing Rookie Hunt with one of the All-time greatest running backs to play the game? But since you wanted to do that.

Kareem Hunt Rookie season (*incomplete): 890 yds rushing, 4.8 yds per attempt, 344 yds receiving, 9.6 yds per reception, 112 yds from scrimmage per game.

JC Rookie Season: 357 yds rushing, 5.3 yds per attempt, 272 yds receiving, 10.1 per reception, 39 yds from scrimmage per game.

But that's unfair to JC, since he wasn't really the starter his entire rookie campaign.

So here's JC's 2nd season: 1120 yds rushing, 5.9 yds per attempt (led the league), 297 yds receiving, 7.4 yds per reception, 94 yds from scrimmage per game.

Hunt has been playing like absolute garbage the last few weeks and yet is still on pace to potentially outgain JC's season 2 totals (and maybe come close to both JC's rookie and 2nd year totals combined). He seems to be doing just fine under similar circumstances as your comparison (shitty line and shitty QB).

I'm not talking about Hunts season overall. Overall he has done great. I'm talking about the last few weeks. He clearly isn't playing well. Period.

Smitty has #2 overall QB Rating but all you guys all talk about is how bad he has played recently.. I mention Kareem has been playing bad recent and again you point to his overall season numbers. Well why aren't you doing the same thing with Smitty? Why are you only focusing on his bad games?

F**king hypocrites.
