That is a god awful contract for a guy who is really best suited as a complimentary weapon.

We're paying through same for Sammy Watkins and cooks had had a better career than Watkins so far. A lot better.

He has 3900 yards and 27 touchdowns in 4 seasons. Watkins has 3000 yards and 25 touchdowns in 4 seasons.

Not really. Dumped by two teams with stud QBs. Watkins hasn't had a good QB. Mahomes will turn out to be the best he's played with yet.

Sammy Watkins if he reaches his full potential is a 1 and he's in an offense to do that, Cooks can't even live up to that contract with that QB he has.

I hate the Watkins contract, but there was a vast difference in QB quality throwing to the two the past 4 years.


Not defending Watkins, but Brees/Brady might be better than Taylor/Rams QB.

Yea lets be real Brandin Cooks literally played with the best 2 QB's in the league not named Aaron Rodgers he should have awesome stats.

The fact that Watkins numbers aren't that far off when he missed half a season with his shithole QB's says something.
