No.. not to 800 paragon, and not all my characters can do t10 ubers, but my barb and WD can.

Maxed out meaning max level. And I think my weakest character is my mage capable of doing t5 and some t6 content.

I can only run the same shit several thousand times. I am to the point where there are many hours between upgrades for me.

The fact that loot drops for the class you are playing as makes the game much more easy. I'm a level 41 witch doctor playing on hard and haven't died once. I think I'm wearing 4 pieces of legendary armor and using a legendary weapon.

That would have been some astronomic RNG back in the day

If I only do Lightning damage (for CoE), are both of these rings upgrades for Archon Wizard?

Note the legendary perk % is higher on my current rings, but the base stats are better on the new ones.

On your first ring it looks like the ring on the right is an upgrade. The crit chance will give you more damage than the avg damage range. That being said, physical resistance is one of the more sought after resistances, the one on the left will give you more survivability and the one on the right will give you more damage.

The CoE on the left is much better than the one on the right. The CoE legendary effect is a straight up multiplier and you'll get much more value from the 48% difference in the legendary effect than you would from the main stat, crit chance, and crit damage increase on the ancient CoE.

Here are a couple websites you can use to help you maximize your damage.

Right halo is much better.

INt = not only damage, but resist all as well. the 'damage' on the left ring is basically useless.

on the COE its a no brainer. Take the right ring. 200 INT is a major upgrade even with the lower damage proc. Or, better yet, run the COE in your cube and equip something else there. COE sucks balls this season IMO.

COE 200% is only active a really small portion of the time. So the 48% difference is really a lot less difference in OVERALL damage, as where the intelligence and crit hit damage are always 'active'

The right ring is better~

In fact.. I have been using a COE build with my DH and testing it I found that in actually usability, its pretty piss poor. Sure it gives me 4 billion damage crits for a second every 20 seconds, (its up about 20% of the time) but there are much better passives that contribute to overall damage, and as soon as I can find another zodiac ring, ill be switching it out of my cube for massive cooldown reduction, resulting in more sustained damage but less burst.

He'd get a 1.54% dps increase from the 171 extra mainstat

Assuming he has around 50% crit chance on his gear/paragon's already that extra .5% crit chance will give a .70% dps increase.

Also assuming you have around 460 crit damage on your gear already that extra 7% crit damage from the ring on the right will give you a 1.06% dps increase.

All of that combined equals to a 3.3% dps increase. While the other CoE will give him an extra 48% damage increase every 12 seconds, and if he's using any other element he'll get that damage increase every 8 seconds.

CoE, Elite Damage, Bane of the Trapped, Focus and Restraint, Zei's Stone of Vengeance, and Elemental Damage are straight up multipliers and increase your damage significantly.

The damage is extremely close all said, and the ancient coe extra stuff is always consistent base damage, which scales with the other multipliers that he already has going. Also, since I play with Buck, I know that he has been having some survivability issues in higher end grifts etc, the int helps there as well. I thought COE cycled 5? So its active 1/5th of the time, and not always when you go into a pack.

Im also fairly certain buck is not running cubed Furnace but I could be wrong

I still take the ancient ring even though the +% roll is shitty

Monk is the only class in the game that has 5 cycles for Convention of Elements, every other class only has 4. I main a Barb and my cycle is Fire, Lighting, Physical, and Cold.

I switched to Furnace about a week ago. Also replaced all my topaz with diamonds. Ran some 58-60 GR with smallz and his friends and I died the least.

Patch 2.4 comes out today. Apparently Wizard is really good this patch and Furious Charge Barb is back. They also increased stash space and a bunch of other shit...
