Worst BBQ restaurant you've ever ate at?
Went to a place call A Little BBQ Joint in Independence today. Sign outside said Burnt Ends soon to be world famous, so I go in and get the burnt ends, BBQ beans, and Cole slaw. Sides weren't terrible, but the burnt ends taste like they had beef jerky rub, were fairly tough and the saltiest thing I've ever eaten. I'm not a picky eater and I could barely finish the burnt ends.

So, what's the worst place you've had BBQ?

Worst for me was in Lawrence - Buffalo Bob's. Thank goodness it closed, it was an abomination and likely had lots of visiting parents thinking that BBQ in this area is a joke.

If they called it Buffalo Bob's Beef Jerky it might've been better off.

I grew up in that area, and I have no idea why they describe themselves as a barbecue restaurant. They're not. They may have ribs on their menu, but they're just not barbecue. We went there all the time, usually after church on Sundays.

Oh hell. I think I went to a wedding that was catered by them in like 2004.

If that's the place then, yeah. That's a hell of an entry in the competition.

Gates stands out to be the worst. I think it is because I am white and I don't love tons of fat and salt. It was all like salted fat when I went. I am sure they have better days tho

KC BBQ in San Diego.

Beatiful location in the heart of San Diego just 5 minutes from the bay.

Chiefs themed bar with tons of great Chiefs memorabilia, and a Chiefs specific viewing room.

Worst BBQ i've ever had in my life. The sauce runs like water and the ribs are boiled....not just boiled...over boiled, bland and watery.
