the sig class. is like a lightly blackened (which IS an oxymoron)
the garlic is sort of a scampiesque sauce. They're both grilled though. I like the sig-classic, but I think they're discontinuing that, as they just kicked off their Lemon Pepper, which i've yet to try. |

Gotcha. Makes sense. After a week of cooking we punted to making chicken salad with a Costco chicken, homemade mayo and some fruits/veggies we had sitting around.
Almost two weeks into the Whole30 and it's something that feels sustainable. At least until I start going to baseball games again. |
