So I had a bee infestation today
Weirdest thing I have ever had to deal with. Saw a few bees swarming outside by my pool. 10 minutes later there were literally thousands of bees masking my yard. An hour later, the bee expert cut into my master bedroom wall and removed and estimated 3,500 killer bees from my bedroom wall. Holy ****! If some one can teach me how to post video, I will do so if anyone cares.

My sister had one last year, but we knew a beekeeper here in central california and he got the bee's. My sister did have to break her wall down a bit which sucked, but at least it can be repaired.

Yeah. Not as expensive a deal as I thought. $400 to exterminate and remove the bees and a couple hundred to fix the drywall.

I replaced a soffit board on an apartment building once that was bee infested. Called an exterminator and tore it apart the next day. It was oozing honey and the honey comb filled a 5 gal. pail and then some. Not killer bees though. Glad you got that problem taken care of.

Nor mally I'd say kill it with fire but I've been reading where honey bee numbers' are dwindling. Can't remember reasoning...imagine climate change is getting the blame.

It's a cyclical thing. For awhile they were trying to blame farmers because the insecticide on seed treatments would get onto the talc and get vaporized through the vacuum fans and KILL ALL THE BEES. That talk all settled down when a big spike in bees came and nothing changed on the seed treatment or talc.
