OT: Moving to Denver...

I got a promotion and I'm moving to Denver. Broncos jokes aside, I'm looking to live somewhere downtown, preferably a few blocks near the light rail. Any recommendations of what neighborhoods I should look into?

Yeah that's across the street. Love the mountain view from the apartment. I hate cooking so all of the restaurants around them were appealing. I can always take the bus, rail, Lyft, etc to go out.

I think the marijuana taxes nominally go to schools, but we know how that goes. Marijuana taxes go to schools, legislature cuts school budget by same amount, legislature uses the savings to fund something else. I've learned that lesson.
