I swear that these Thanksgiving day sales get worse every single year.

The one that really cracks me up this year is the $20 off of Beats Solo headphones. $20 off a $200 item? Seriously?

They are barely worth $80.

Or paying half price for an LCD TV that was manufactured SPECIFICALLY for Black Friday. Yeah. I want to buy something built so cheap it is made to be half price. Awesome.

It didn't used to be that way. That was my point. None of the sales are worth it now. Yet, people buy this shit up like sheep.

Oh, the banner items certainly aren't but last year wife got me some XBox games half price. They were pretty smokin hot, but yeah, unless they stock it normally, I'm not touching it.

I learned that the hard way. A few years back I got my fiancé a laptop with all the good sounding specs but it wasn't an item they always had or ever. I researched it and knew but I went with it anyways. 2 continuous frustrating years later the thing has sucked the whole time.

I am going after a 18 volt DeWalt cordless drill with two batteries, charger, and case. All the major suppliers are pricing it at $99 regular price $189-200 if you want it right now.

Sams club will have a 65" Vizio LED for like $995. Might have to go get one, my 2yr old son just killed the 52" Samsung in the living room with a toy. Bad way to start the day. He's lucky I love him more than any damned thing...

Not a big fan of Vizio, but the 46" replacement from the bedroom just seems so small...

I wonder what Ron Swansons veiw on Black Friday is? He is an extreme capitalist, yet seems to hate crowds and all the other bullshit that comes with Black Friday.

Target employees starting to push back against the stores policy of opening on Thanksgiving Day. Glad to see it.

http://www.marketwatch.com/Story/tar...day-2012-11-14

Why cant shoppers just wait one more day to start shopping anyways? Where does this shopping madness end? I thought our country was in a recession?

Good for them, but this will fall on deaf ears. Money talks.

i think all these stores opening on Thanksgiving is complete bullshit.

I agree money talks.......but like I said, would these stores make any less money if they all opened at 9am on Black Friday? People have no patience anymore.
