They're doing a ama thing on reddit and they have an indiegogo thing set up. I don't know if 2 million is enough to make it but what do I know. Hopefully it's not just a cash grab for a mediocre product because the last few movies these guys have done kind of sucked.

Whatever they get when the 30 days are up is what they'll use.

At this point, they've only had 2 movies out of 6 that's made any money. If this tanks or gets poor reviews, I think their movie making careers might be done. Most of them haven't done anything since Slammin Salmon and that was in 2009.

so when they raise all of this money ... that means they are raising it themselves ... and they get to keep EVERY PENNY OF THE PROFITS, right?

so if this movie nets like $80M - $100M worldwide ... that is split up between Broken Lizard, right?

I'm pretty sure if the movie is in theaters they'll have to pay them some dough. Maybe DVD/blu-ray distributors. I'm not sure how that works.
