F150 console swap

Posted this in a Ford forum but who knows maybe i'll get lucky here.

Anyone here ever swapped out a bench seat/jump seat for a floor console in an F150? I have a 13 f150 i'm trying to do it to but I've run into a problem.

I could cut the bottom out of the console to leave room for the amp and then make some kind of new base for the inside of the console to protect the amp.

Thanks
Yeah, without seeing everything that would be my choice as well. It is either that or move it under the passenger seat.

Don't cut the whole bottom out, just cut enough of a hole to fit the wires through it.

Then get a piece of sheet metal and bend it to cover the amp. Two self tappers in the front and you could drink two small holes in the back of the console and put in small carriage bolts. When you tighten the nut it sucks into the plastic and makes its own square shoulders
