What grade would you give Andy Reid as an NFL HC?
We're discussing this in the Dorsey thread and it probably deserves it's own discussion.

Look at his whole career, not just his Chiefs career.

I give him a solid B, would be a B+ if he had even slightest clue on clock management.

In game adjustments? Only to put on the brakes with a big lead.

Love having more wins in the regular season and finally getting the playoff win monkey off of our back.

Good coach, great leader and the players love him. Bad clock management is my only issue with him but overall the guy is a great coach.

You don't get an A unless you win a Super Bowl, and even then it's not guaranteed.

Andy has been to a Super Bowl, which is nice, and his teams generally win in the regular season. I think that's strong B+ material, and I wouldn't argue with an A-. He's better than most coaches.

I'd put Andy Reid at B+

He's better than a lot of coaches who've won just 1 SB who have now fallen off the face of the planet. It's hard to win consistently in the NFL and make the playoffs consecutively etc. Reid's been able to win a lot of games for Philly and he's starting to do the same in KC. He's coached in 1 SB and lost. If he gets to another w/ KC and especially if he wins a SB, then he'll be placed into the A category range. I'd rank him above Dick Vermeil.
