For the life of me I can't understand why the Raiders aren't any better than what they are. All those years of picking high in the draft should translate to better performances on the field one would think.
They brought a bunch of veterans in during the offseason. Is that preventing the younger players from breaking out? If they wanted any praise for jelling at the end of the season, they shouldn't have let the Rams kick their ass & prolly should have played us better today. I thought they might finish the season on a winning note after the SF game but apparently anyone can beat SF right now. I'm reading baby Davis plans to clean house again, including Reggie so I'm getting somewhat concerned reading about someone like Scot McCloughan being interested in returning to the NFL & the Raydas' being a team he's interested in. He was largely responsible for building the 49ers' & Seahawks current teams' & now lives just north of here so I could possibly see him staying on the left coast. Who knows...many years ago I was ecstatic when Clark hired "at the time" the best GM to have come available the past couple years & we know how that turned out.
