Why? If an arbitrator ruled that Hamiltons drug use did not violate rules and giving preferential treatment to a player. I am sure pressure from a ballclub and the media would help if the MLB tries and discipline a Royals player a hit batsmen.

Lol, we just got shut out. But I'm glad you think it was worth it. Lawrie's not thinking twice about it.

If it was a close game or the royals has some sort of momentum, I don't think Ventura would have went after him.
It was basically at a nothing to lose point so it was fine imo. I wish the ball would've got him in the knee though. |

I'm coming in here late, but I hope Ventura got a standing O after getting the boot for drilling that ****stick.
And I think today's player is different from the old timers, but his teammates would probably run through any and all walls for him now. I'm convinced of that. |

Just watched the game highlights. Too bad Ventura didn't hit him a little higher, like in the ribs.
Maybe we can drill him again tomorrow. |

Got my ALCS trophy at the game! Ventura plunking Lawrie was fine, but he needs to learn to act like a pro. Walking after him was bush. Billy and Hosmer were taking to each other the entire time Billy was at first tonight.

I bet Billy comes back and retires a Royal. Maybe he even hits a huge home run for us at some point.

Why didn't we throw at him again? Especially in the 9th?

I'd like to know what Hosmer's was saying to Lawrie as he walked down the line.
