You've proved my point. There was no reason to close that thread as it remained respectful throughout and there was some good conversation happening. You shut it down hoping it'd fall out of the Lounge. Ignoring a problem will not make it go away. And you've hardened my resolve to see positive change.

Whoever did it, I call for you to step down as a mod. You've overstepped your purpose, and it's time you lost the privilege. I call on the other mods to hold this person accountable for making a mockery of your position.

I would call on my fellow CP members who agree that moderation here is full of holes and double standards to stand up and say this is not OK.

Fact is it keeps going because people keep posting stupid shit about nothing. I would be in favor of closing it. I just peek in see if FMB has returned to answer some posts only to find posts about nothing in general or same rehashed crap 100s have posted before. Its like everone is trying to top the last post buts says the same thing. Like a puppy dog looking for a belly rub.
